Now, we will discuss how to extract the DNA of Strawberry  (Fragaria ananassa)

Equipment:
-Strawberry
-Zip bag
-Salt
-Beaker
-Soap
-Water
-Coffee strainer
-Alcohol
-A prick
-Microscope

Procedure
Take 2 or 3 Strawberries
Pestle the strawberries
Make the dissolve solution
Combined 2 tea spoon of salt, 2 tea spoon of soap, and a cup of water to make the dissolve solution
Filter the strawberries with coffee strainer and put it into the beaker
Combined the strawberry with dissolve solution
Let it mix
Add Alcohol
Wait for 3 minutes
Take the DNA with a prick
Put it under the microscope
Now, you can see the DNA (bubble is the shape of strawberry dna)
